INSURANCE & TRAINING

 

Blastit Limited is fully insured, with Public and Employers Liability cover of £2,000,000 and £10,000,000 respectively. Continued investment ensures our equipment is all under 3 years old and undergoes regular routine maintenance.

 

We produce written Method Statements, C.O.S.H.H and Risk Assessments for each contract undertaken, tailored to be site specific. All documents, including our Health & Safety Policy are available on request.

 

Our operatives are highly qualified and experienced in the techniques and materials used and have Confined Space Training, Hydraulic Access Platform training, as well as the appropriate CSCS cards. We use a unique form of radio contact between blaster and lorry mounted rig operator which allows us to work quickly and effectively, as well as safely, as both operatives remain in constant communication at all times. Any regulation required in pressure etc. at the nozzle end is relayed via radio and instantly delivered from the compressor.
