Blast cleaning as a method of removing paint coatings, or built- up grime from the exterior of houses is a quick and effective way to reveal the bricks and restore the property to it’s original state. Whether your property is terraced or detached, we can offer a solution to cleaning dirty bricks or removing layers of paint. We have extensive experience in this application of blast cleaning and can offer advice on the best way forward with your property. This method can be employed to blend old brickwork with new extensions, and to clean off residual evidence of attached structures such as conservatories, porches etc.

Internal brick work can also be cleaned back to the original state, and be left for an aesthetic finish. Brick fireplaces and internal walls can add character to a room once the bricks are exposed and all the coatings removed.

A sample blast can be arranged to ascertain the grade of abrasive and pressure that will be required in order to achieve the optimum results possible. Blastit offer a service that includes masking and protection as well as sweeping and clearing the resulting debris on completion.
